Terms & Conditions
Last updated August 18, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Truckshop App (the "Service"), operated by First Tech Consulting Services Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"), located at 16247 31 Ave, Surrey, BC V3Z 7E1, Canada. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Truckshop App is software-as-a-service that truck repair shops ("Shops") use to manage customers, vehicles, work orders, invoices, and related business operations. Each Shop is responsible for the accuracy of the information it enters and for its own relationship with its customers.

Accounts

A Shop must provide accurate registration information and is responsible for all activity under its account, including actions taken by its staff users. Shops are responsible for obtaining any consents required from their own customers before entering those customers' contact information into the Service, including consent to receive SMS or email notifications.

Text message (SMS) program terms

Shops may use the Service to send SMS text messages to their own customers regarding vehicle service — such as estimate approval requests, vehicle-ready notifications, and maintenance reminders. Message frequency varies based on vehicle service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading communications, to upload content you don't have the right to use, or to attempt to access another Shop's data. Each Shop's data is isolated from other Shops using the Service.

Payments

Where a Shop enables online invoice payment, payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms of service. We do not process or store full payment card details.

Third-party integrations

The Service may connect to third-party providers a Shop chooses to enable, including Stripe (payments), QuickBooks Online (accounting sync), and vehicle-data lookups. Use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service itself. Each Shop retains ownership of the customer, vehicle, and business data it enters into the Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Tech Consulting Services Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms. A Shop may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
